Karly Benson is a contemporary dancer and writer based in London, England. After graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance and a minor in English, she moved to Berlin where she spent a year dancing with DART Dance Company. Now in London, she continues to share her dancing, writing, and research, while also enjoying the occasional full English breakfast! Karly is also a lover of reading, hot yoga, and matcha lattes with oat milk.
